DELIVERIES
Where do you deliver?
We will deliver anywhere in the world although we cannot be held responsible for delivery times outside of the UK.
Can I specify a delivery date when ordering?
Unfortunately you cannot specify when you would like your order delivered as we use Royal Mail and a National Courier Service. However FREE UK deliveries should be delivered within 3-5 working days and NEXT DAY orders that are completed prior to 2pm Monday-Thursday will be delivered the next day. Purchases completed before 2pm on Fridays will be delivered the following Monday.
How will I know that my order has been dispatched?
You will receive an email confirming that your order is on its way to you.
Do I have to be there to sign for delivery?
If there's no one at home when we deliver, in most cases we can leave your order with a neighbour or in a safe place. Just complete the Special Delivery Instructions when completing your purchase.
Are receipts sent with deliveries?
Yes, you will receive an invoice with your delivery.
REFUNDS
Can I return a product, exchange it or get a refund?
Yes, so long as it is within 30-days of you receiving the order. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty Items
If you have a complaint with an item, return the item to us at JustJodhpurs.co.uk and if we are happy that the item has a manufacturing fault, then we will either replace or refund you including your return postage to us.
How do I return an item?
Complete the Returns Form and enclose it with the goods when returning anything to JustJodhpurs.co.uk as this helps speed the processing.
