You can return any unwanted purchase to us within 30-days of receiving the order

At JustJodhpurs.co.uk we fully understand that not all purchases will be suitable and that sometimes you will need to exchange or return your items, therefore we offer a simple returns service.

Returns Form
If you need to return an item for a refund or exchange, you must complete the Returns Form.  The form is printable and must be included with your return.  Please ensure that you complete the form correctly.  The form is important to us at JustJodhpurs.co.uk as it enables us able to process your return faster.

You are encouraged to obtain a proof of dispatch to ensure that you are insured when the goods are returned back to us.

If you are returning a product for a refund or exchange, you must return your original purchase, unworn, in its original packaging with all labels attached.

You will need to pay for the return of the item back to JustJodhpurs.co.uk.

We will not dispatch an exchange order until the returned goods have been received by JustJodhpurs.co.uk

We will not process the refund until the returned goods have been received by JustJodhpurs.co.uk and verified to be in a resalable condition.

Faulty Goods
At JustJodhpurs.co.uk we are aware that sometimes goods can become faulty, and we accept that it is our responsibility to correct this issue.  If you take delivery of an item that you believe is faulty, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible so we can amend the problem.

You will need to pay for the return of the item back to JustJodhpurs.co.uk.  If we agree that your item has a manufacturing fault, your postage costs will be refunded in full.
